Karen Squillino (NSPCC)

Karen is Head of School Services at the NSPCC.

Karen has a career spanning 28 years in child protection and safeguarding. As a registered social worker she has worked with passion, energy and vision in a variety of settings and sectors. Karen has held a number of senior leadership and management positions. She has taken a lead role in the development of the UK’s most far reaching school based abuse prevention programme. The NSPCC’s Speak Out. Stay Safe programme, that she heads up, has been delivered into over 85% of UK primary schools to date.
