Action Plan user guide

The action stage is what the programme is all about and so is the part you should spend the most time on.

1. Fill in the specific actions that you'll be working on to achieve the goal you identified via the audit. For ease, and especially if you are sharing the load with colleagues, you can fill in exactly who is leading the task and whether it is a short, medium or long term goal.

2. Use the resources in the All Together Hub to work through the areas you defined at the planning stage. Ideally you'll get to spend a minimum of two terms on this.

3. We also strongly recommend that you encourage all staff to complete our free CPD-certified online training

4. After you have completed each task, and just before you fill in your final audit, complete the final columns to review how you got on. This is really important information that we'll be looking at when assessing your school for All Together status.

5. Click 'Mark as Complete' only when you are happy you have reviewed all elements and are ready to move on to your final audit and wellbeing questionnaire.
